This may come as more of a shock to some than others, but not everyone is a raving football fanatic. Instead of focusing on field goals, some people would rather focus on life goals, the word “safety” doesn’t mean two extra points and a nickel defense is employed if there’s a concern that five cents is about to be stolen from them. For these people, a “super bowl” is a type of meal that contains scrumptious foods filled with healthful ingredients and tons of flavor.
Luckily for them, we happen to have a ton of recipes for just that purpose. Brimming with wholesome, delicious, plant-based goodness, these bowls are a championship main event that would never last long enough to require a halftime show. By designing a meal around a bowl, you get a fun and creative dish that offers up grains, proteins, fruits and/or veggies in order to power you up and satisfy your appetite. Now, that’s something to excessively celebrate in the end zone…or, you know, your kitchen.
