  • 2 cups unsweetened soy milk or non-dairy milk of choice
  • About a thumb-sized chunk of turmeric root
  • About a thumb-sized chunk of ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • A couple turns of black pepper
  • 3 small ripe bananas or 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 fresh mango or about 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 packed cup bok choy


  1. Place everything into your blender and blend until super creamy and smooth.
