Golden Turmeric Tahini Dressing [Vegan]

Cooking Time



  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together until smooth. Or add all the ingredients into a mason jar and shake to combine until smooth. Or add the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. If the dressing seems too thick you can add a little more water, 1 tablespoon at a time
