How to Prepare Fried Broad Beans With Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Thyme, and Mustard [Vegan, Grain-Free]
- After rinsing vegetables, put them into boiling water. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Season with a teaspoon of salt at the end of cooking.
- Heat oil in the pan. Add sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, and mustard seeds. All over medium heat.
- Add beans with or without the skin, depending on what you prefer.
- Season with salt and pepper, to your liking.
- Serve with fresh bread.
