- Sift flour in a bowl with baking powder. In another large bowl pour the soda, sugar, salt, vinegar and mix. Gradually pour the flour into the liquid and mix. Add the olive oil and knead for 2-3 minutes until you have a fluffy dough that does not stick to the hands.
- Grease a baking tray with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with sesame oil. Place the dough on top and open it with your hands. In a bowl mix 3 tablespoons water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Brush this solution on the bread, make holes with your fingers and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 40 minutes. Good luck!
