The chocolate glaze is rich, decadent and the perfect topping for delicious fudgy brownies, cake and so much more.
Easy Chocolate Glaze [Vegan]
- 1 cup semi-sweet dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vegan butter substitute (Earth Balance works well)
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- In a double broiler, or in a microwave stirring every 20 seconds, melt chocolate chips. Set aside to cool for about 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together vegan butter substitute and sea salt until light and fluffy.
- Add melted chocolate and beat until combined.
- Spoon over your favorite desserts. When the glaze cools it will harden.
