    This spinach sauce with a beautiful green color that's perfect for warm weather!

    Ingredients You Need for Creamy Spinach Sauce [Vegan]

    • 1 cup (150g) of fresh spinach (you can also use the stalks)
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 6.7 oz (200 ml) plant milk
    • 4 teaspoons (20g) cornstarch
    • 4 teaspoons (20g) coriander or parsley or basil
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    How to Prepare Creamy Spinach Sauce [Vegan]

    1. Wash and chop the spinach and coriander/parsley/basil.
    2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil, be careful not to burn it.
    3. Place the spinach, coriander, garlic, "milk" and cornstarch in a food processor or food processor.
    4. Chop everything until smooth.
    5. Season with salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon and chop again.
    6. Put the mixture in a skillet and cook until it starts to thicken.
    7. Remove from heat and use in cooked pasta.
    8. You can garnish with dried fruits and seeds.

    Notes

    • This recipe won't work well with frozen spinach.
    • The plant "milk" can be any, preferably without flavorings or sugar.
    • This sauce can be frozen. To defrost just put it in the frying pan and warm it up.
