Ingredients You Need for Chocolate Fondue [Vegan]
How to Prepare Chocolate Fondue [Vegan]
For the Chocolate Sauce:
- Pour the chocolate chunks into a glass bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is half melted. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate on the stove using a double boiler.
- When the chocolate is halfway melted, pour the coconut milk into the bowl. Continue to microwave or warm the chocolate in the double boiler until all of the chunks have melted and the sauce is smooth and drizzly. If the chocolate is too thick, add more.
For the Board:
- Set your fondue pot or an 8-ounce (227 g) serving bowl in the middle of your board.
- Place clusters of vegan marshmallows across the board. Set the strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries on the board.
- Add clusters of clementine segments to the board.
- Pour the pretzels and potato chips into small bowls and set them on the board.
- Transfer the Vegan Chocolate Sauce to your fondue pot or serving bowl and set it on the board.
- Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl. Slice the apples and bananas and immediately toss the pieces with the lemon juice to keep them from browning. Layer the apple and banana pieces on the serving board.
- Serve with fondue forks for dipping.
