Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough Nut Butter [Vegan]
- 1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup raw coconut sugar
- Seeds of one vanilla bean
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- In a high-speed blender, combine the nuts and sea salt and blend until smooth, using the tamper to push the mixture down into the blades.
- Add the coconut sugar and vanilla beans and blend until well incorporated, then stir in the chocolate chunks. Pour into a jar.
