  • 1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup raw coconut sugar
  • Seeds of one vanilla bean
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the nuts and sea salt and blend until smooth, using the tamper to push the mixture down into the blades.
  2. Add the coconut sugar and vanilla beans and blend until well incorporated, then stir in the chocolate chunks.  Pour into a jar.
