Dry Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chestnut flour
  • 1/4 cup teff flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 1/4 cup raw or vegan chocolate chips (sugar free )
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon psyllium

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

  1. Mix dry ingredients with the wet ingredients
