Carrot Juice [Vegan]
- 4 cups of carrots juice
- 2 honey crisp apples
- 1 cup of celery juice
- 2 tablespoon cane syrup ( or brown sugar)
- 1 cup of soy milk
- 1 teaspoon of essence
- First off this requires a juicer. So you are going to extract the juice from the carrots, celery and apples.
- Mix everything together and place in the fridge to chill for an hour.
- Serve instead of a meal.
