A very easy drink to make that embraces both vibrant citrus and buttery hazelnut. Frangelico is an Italian noisette (hazelnut liqueur) and has a distinctive, monk-shaped bottle.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) citrus gin (such as Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle)
- 1 oz. (30 ml) Frangelico
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
- sugar, for the rim of the glass (optional)
- lemon zest, to garnish
Preparation
- Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar (if using). Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain into the sugar-rimmed glass. Garnish with a thin piece of lemon zest and serve at once.
