Ingredients

  • 2 small zucchinis
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • Salt
  • 2 vegan sausages
  • 1 cup water or plain almond milk
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 4 ounces pasta (gluten-free if necessary)

Preparation
