Ingredients You Need for Cajun Tahini Cheese Pasta [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • 2 small zucchinis
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • Salt
  • 2 vegan sausages
  • 1 cup water or plain almond milk
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 4 ounces pasta (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1/2 lime juice

How to Prepare Cajun Tahini Cheese Pasta [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Chop zucchini. Mix with oil and place on a baking sheet. Add salt and bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes or until cooked to your taste.
  2. Mix tahini with water or almond milk and tapioca starch. Then boil until stretchy. Add extra water if too thick.
  3. Add spices and hot sauce. Mix in vegan sausage.
  4. Cook pasta. Mix pasta and baked zucchini into sauce.

This is very misleading and dangerous for those who will just automatically assume that the sausages are also gluten-free because your recipe states so. Please be careful with your links.
