Vegan food has always called my attention because it is varied, colorful, and delicious; there are surprising combinations which create extraordinary and unexpected tastes. However, the most important fact is that no animal has to get hurt in order to eat well. I went vegan in 2011 and it was the best choice I have ever made. First, I did it to save animals, but then later I realized how beneficial it was for both the environment and health. How to Prepare Butterbeer [Vegan]
- Heat the water with gas and vegetable milk in a pot, add the sugar to taste and turmeric to color. Mix well add the margarine.
- Bring the liquid to a boil, remove it from the heat and beat in the blender until foam comes out.
- Decorate the jar in which we will serve the butter beer with toffee or caramel or simply cover the bottom of the jar with the tofee and pour the "beer" on top.
