How to Prepare Banh Mi Noodle Bowl With Sticky Tofu [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
To Make the Sticky Tofu:
- Chop the tofu into cubes and place it in a hot pan with the oil over medium-high heat.
- Allow to brown, approximately 3-5 minutes, and then flip the cubes to brown on the other side.
- Once each side is golden brown and crispy, turn off the heat, and toss with the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha.
To Make the Bowls:
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package directions.
- Plate your bowl with the noodles on the bottom, and top tofu, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, cilantro, avocado, and sesame seeds.
- Top with extra soy sauce and hoisin sauce.


This recipes is great! You can mix it up with different veggies or styles of noodle. I love it with avocado and gochujang tofu.
