Ever had a killer Bánh Mì? Did you love it? Great, you will love this too. Or do you not have any idea what I’m talking about? Let me break it down. Bánh Mì: [ɓǎɲ mî]) is a Vietnamese term for all kinds of bread. So, a Bánh Mì is a Vietnamese street food sandwich consisting of the bread, which is traditionally a Vietnamese French baguette (made with both wheat and rice flour), some sweet ass đồ chua (pickled carrot and daikon), spicy mayo, cilantro and your preferred protein. That’s it. And it’s glorious.
