Ingredients You Need for Apple, Pecan, and Cinnamon Overnight Oats [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 red apple
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

How to Prepare Apple, Pecan, and Cinnamon Overnight Oats [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Grate half of the apple into a bowl, then add the oats, milk, cinnamon and maple syrup. Mix together, cover and pop in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours).
  2. Top the oats with the remaining half apple, pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
