Apple, Pecan, and Cinnamon Overnight Oats [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 red apple
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- Grate half of the apple into a bowl, then add the oats, milk, cinnamon and maple syrup. Mix together, cover and pop in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours).
- Top the oats with the remaining half apple, pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
