Ingredients You Need for (Almost Raw) Vegan Brownies [Gluten-Free]

Brownies:
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 4 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 4 tbsp raw coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • Dash soy milk
Icing:
  •  1 tbsp vegan margarine
  • 2 tbsp vanilla powdered sugar
  • 1/3 tbsp cinnamon
  • Dash soy milk

How to Prepare (Almost Raw) Vegan Brownies [Gluten-Free]

  1. 1. Throw all the brownie ingredients in a food processor, starting with the dry fruits. You should end up with a gooey texture. If the mixture is too solid, add a dash of soy milk.
  2.  In a bowl, mix all the icing ingredients together and set aside.
  3.  To get that nice cake/brownie shape, spread the brownie mixture in a small tray. Top off with a thin layer of icing and coconut flakes. Stick in the fridge for a couple of hours before eating. Decorate with coconut flakes or dry red berries.
