It’s no secret that eating unprocessed foods on a regular basis can help you feel better AND look better. Needless to say, raw foodism intrigues me. It’s incredible how many exciting desserts you can prepare without switching on the oven. I made these rich (almost) raw vegan brownies the other day and am very happy with how they turned out. These are not 100% raw but you can easily change that by substituting the milk with raw almond butter or peanut butter, and leaving out the icing. Hope you enjoy it!

How to Prepare (Almost Raw) Vegan Brownies [Gluten-Free]
- 1. Throw all the brownie ingredients in a food processor, starting with the dry fruits. You should end up with a gooey texture. If the mixture is too solid, add a dash of soy milk.
- In a bowl, mix all the icing ingredients together and set aside.
- To get that nice cake/brownie shape, spread the brownie mixture in a small tray. Top off with a thin layer of icing and coconut flakes. Stick in the fridge for a couple of hours before eating. Decorate with coconut flakes or dry red berries.
