Delicious and simple 3 ingredient Gluten Free Flatbread that is also vegan. These flatbreads can be used in so many different ways. Get creative and give them a try!

3-Ingredient Gluten-Free Flatbread [Vegan]



Cooking Time




For the Flatbread:

  • 85 g gluten free self raising flour
  • 65 g runny coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Pinch salt

Ingredients for the Smokey Coconut Dip:

  • 4 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch chilli flakes
  • Handful freshly chopped coriander
  • Pinch salt & pepper


  1. Add the flour into a mixing bowl along with the vegan yoghurt and mix with a spoon.
  2. Now add the olive oil and mix together with a spoon.
  3. Now with your hands mix it together into a large ball.
  4. Place a griddle pan on high heat, you don’t need any oil.
  5. Flour a work surface and pat the dough ball down with your hands into the shape you want. I am for roughly 1cm thick (it can be delicate so be careful or pick it up with a spatula).
  6. Place onto the pre-heated griddle pan and cook on each side for 2 minutes.
  7. Whilst the flatbread is cooking, simply add all the dip ingredients into a small mixing bowl and stir.


This recipe could differ depending on what brand flour and yogurt you are using so it may need tweaking to suit those. It can be a bit fiddly the first few times you make them so give it a couple tries and you will end up perfecting it.
