J. Says: “A bit more sugar-grainy than I expected, but the flavor is excellent and they toast up like conventional marshmallows.
Also, they have a much shorter shelf life than conventional marshmallows. They will start to turn brown and melt into each other if not used in a timely manner. However, they’re tasty enough that it shouldn’t be a problem!”

Helen says: “I like this a lot. It’s soft rather than solid, which is fine with me. Very good flavor, and very easy to make. The package says it makes 4 servings, which is funny. It makes 2. The fact that it’s vegan (if made with non-dairy milk) is important to me. Happy with the purchase”

Katie says: “For taste and for enjoyment, I would give this 5 stars. (I’m on keto eating plan, and this makes a great dessert when whirred for just a couple of seconds with some full-fat coconut milk in my mini food processor. It uses erythritol and stevia for sweetening, which is okay for me.) But the vegan substance that makes it firm up like jello is carrageenan, which has some controversy around it. Many scientists say that carrageenan injures the gut. SO: I only eat this occasionally as a special treat.”

One user says: “We expected these to be much different than regular marshmallows but we used them for fudge, Rice Krispie treats, putting in hot chocolate, s’mores, and all were great. These are spendy enough though that I’m going to try making my own marshmallows. Too bad because these are good to snack on as well. Price is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.”

One user says: “Wow this is proof not to judge a cookie by its appearance. They have the appearance of a cookie that might not taste too good but boy oh boy are they ever delicious. They seem to have spots in the cookie that have a concentration of salt — all of a sudden you’ll get the sensation that you bit into a something very salty, but I’ve found that I kind of like that.”
