Matthew Kenney, awarded chef, founder of Matthew Kenney Cusine, and renowned restaurant owner, is opening up yet another venture in Sydney. Alibi, the gorgeous new restaurant in Woolloomooloo, has a menu designed by the chef himself.

The extremely busy chef operates a variety of different eateries in the United States — from a plant-based pizza joint to Essense Cusine in London.

The 60-seater, elegant dining venue will start off with a menu that features kimchi dumplings with sesame and ginger foam, a deconstructed tiramisu, frozen almond chantilly, and a vegan remake of the classic Italian dish, Cacio e Pepe. The design of the restaurant is fresh, innovative and modern and makes for the perfect backdrop when sipping seasonal cocktails.
