Pinky Cole, owner of wildly popular Slutty Vegan, has officially announced her very first vegan cookbook called Eat Plant B*tch.

The cookbook will be full of amazing vegan recipes that would tempt even the biggest meat lover, making it a versatile cookbook that anyone would enjoy!

Pinky Cole’s fans include a wide variety of celebrities and public figures, including Snoop Dogg, Tiffany Haddish, Queen Latifah, and Taraji P. Henson.

Pinky Cole isn’t just a vegan foodie, she is also an activist across the board. She fights for change and justice for animals, the Black community, and small business owners. Through The Pinky Foundation, she also helps empower people of color with entrepreneurial pursuits. 

Eat Plants B*tch includes 91 recipes from southern comfort food to Jamaican dishes from Cole’s childhood. The book is currently available for preorder on Amazon and will be available in bookstores on June 21st.

This is a huge step for the Slutty Vegan creator, and one that is much deserved after her wildly successful business has taken off. Slutty Vegan restaurants are popping up all over the US and don’t look to be stopping anytime soon!
