Orange Infused Cranberry Sauce [Vegan]

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. In a small sauce pan, add all ingredients. That’s it… the end.
  2. Seriously, toss everything in, stir it all up and bring the heat up to med-high. Keep an eye on it so the balsamic and berries don’t stick to the bottom.
  3. Once a boil begins, lower the heat and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst and they thicken up.
