A hilarious sign on a door telling people not to let three cats out “no matter what they promise you” has gone viral on TikTok. Behind the hilarious sign on the door, three cats stand looking out the door, plotting their escape.
@walterbishopthecat They may look sweet and innocent but when it comes to trying to get out…they are shifty! #troublemaker #catmeme #tiktokpets #catlover #indoorcatlife #cattok
Walter, Walternate and Belly, who are all Persian cats, “may look sweet and innocent but when it comes to trying to get out…they are shifty,” the user wrote in the caption of the TikTok video.
The sign on the door reads: “Please don’t let the cats out, no matter what they promise you.” The sound on the video is Elvis Presley’s Trouble and the video has already racked up over 8.2 million views.
Sonya, the cat pawrent, told Newsweek:
“They actually don’t really try to get out. I put the sign up more as a joke for my family members. But every time I go outside they sit at that door and wait for me to come back in, which is what they were doing.”
One user joked: “They look like they are on a cat mafia 😂😂”
Another added: “Promise me? Heck, with those facial expressions I’d let them out just to ensure the continued safety of my soul!”
As cute as these cats are, please remember not to buy a cat, or any animal, from a breeder! Animal shelters are filled with cats and dogs who need loving families and homes.
