Tone It Up, certified trainers and nutrition coaches Katrina Hodgson and Karena Dawn launched their new line of Perfect Fit Protein this week. Each portable pack of organic, raw, non-GMO, soy free, sugar free, gluten free, fat free and vegan vanilla brown rice protein powder contains 15 grams of protein and, according to Katrina and Karena, dissolves easily into water or juices, making it an ideal option when you’re short on time or without a blender.
Katrina and Karena spent almost two years formulating their powder as a response to members of their nutrition system asking for recommendations on a protein powder that would fit into the eating plan. The product is available online and retails at $11 for an 8-count package or $24 for a 20-count package.
The ladies launched this line with the goal of creating a product that can be a “perfect fit” into any busy schedule.
Eating right can be difficult when your schedule is booked solid! How do you stay energized and healthy when you’re on the go?

Heyyyy!
Nice article! The pic looks quite lovely :) By the way, I could have used this information a month ago when I was looking for a vegan protein powder, so “thanks a lot!” LOL … I will have to try this when I finish my current ones.
So how do I stay energized and healthy when I’m on the go?
I carry healthier snacks with me, as a healthy alternative to vending machines, gas station/7-eleven snacks, which are typically not the healthiest. I also carry a 24-oz mug around and keep filling it with water as much as I can, aiming to get in at least 4 mugs for the day.
