A hilarious video of a dog named Sully went viral on TikTok recently, which shows the pooch stealing his hooman’s waffle and not letting it go.

The video posted by @Madsullivan5550 shows the Golden Retriever hiding a large waffle in his mouth and not letting his human get it out. He even pretends that he isn’t eating anything when his owner asks him if he is guilty. The human can be heard saying, “Did you steal the waffle? Did you? Did you steal the waffle?”
The video was hilariously captioned, “Sully the breakfast bandit.”
While waffles are not usually toxic to dogs, they are not a healthy food for them to eat. Waffles are typically made with ingredients that are high in sugar and carbohydrates, which can lead to weight gain and other health problems in dogs if consumed in large amounts. In addition, waffles may contain other ingredients that are not safe for dogs to eat, such as chocolate chips or syrup with xylitol (an artificial sweetener that can be toxic to dogs).
If you want to offer your dog a special treat, it’s best to stick to dog-friendly foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables and dog treats specifically formulated for their nutritional needs. If you suspect that your dog has eaten something that could be harmful, it’s important to contact your veterinarian immediately for advice.
“Nope. No waffle here,” one user wrote.
Another added, “What waffle?”
“How do you know he didn’t make that one himself…can you prove that it was yours? I’m team doggo,” another joked.
