Petition: Make Sure This Animal Abuser Receives Counseling

A man in West Virginia allegedly punched a dog in the head several times, kicked them in the stomach, and held their head against the floor with his foot over a four-day period. The dog’s eyes were inflamed, red, and bruised, and they were shaking and holding up their paw to protect against another attack when authorities arrived at the scene. The man is being charged with cruelty to animals but more needs to be done. Please sign this petition to help make sure this man is given mandated counseling and is never allowed to have animals again!
