Kind Group of People Come Together to Help Limping Homeless Dog (VIDEO)

When you’re a street dog, it helps to have a few people looking out for you. Thankfully, this handsome boy named Kalu, had several. Mr. Shanky, who often calls Guardians of the Voiceless when he sees animals in need, noticed that this sweet boy had a severe wound to his leg. The injury was clearly causing him intense pain, so Mr. Shanky made that life-saving call once again. It wasn’t long before the Guardians were on their way to make this poor boy feel better.

Once the Guardians arrived, another man who had been feeding Kalu, gave them a little more information on the dog. He reported that they have been keeping an eye on Kalu for some time but weren’t sure what to do when they noticed the injury. It’s a good thing Mr. Shanky did! The more people that come together on behalf of these innocent animals, the more lives that can be saved. After giving Kalu painkillers, the Guardians were able to clean, treat, and bandage Kalu’s foot. He was also given antibiotics to keep away any infections. All of Kalu’s friends will be watching him closely and as always, the Guardians will be back every day to make sure he makes a full recovery.
