This poor pup had truly been through it. When the Hope For Paws team came to rescue her, she was super skinny, with dirty, matted fur. They gained her trust with food, but the pup didn’t put up any resistance while being rescued.

After the rescuers got the dog into a cage, they took her to get medical treatment. When she was shaved and washed, you could see just how tiny she was. It was heartbreaking. Fortunately for her, she was finally safe and even got a sweater to keep her warm.

This sweet pup’s transformation is incredible. She looked like a completely different dog thanks to the amazing veterinarians and rescuers that took care of her! After a few months, she was finally ready to be adopted and found a loving forever home! Despite all that she had been through, this sweet pup was ready to give love and be loved. She truly shows how resilient and loving dogs are.
