Originally bred as hunters and guard dogs, Great Danes are not often praised for their smarts. Rather, they are gentle giants who make excellent family dogs. However, a Great Dane duo recently proved this stereotype wrong in a hilarious TikTok video.

In the video, posted by @thesnyderzoo, the two dogs show that they are much smarter than given credit for. In the video, the Great Danes can be seen opening a baby gate. The older dog unlatches the gate, then waits for his younger sibling to walk through before following. Captioned “They have outsmarted the hoomans”, the video delighted viewers.
