Golden Retriever Hates Human’s Alarm in Funny Video

grumpy dog

Bodie, a hilarious golden retriever, has had a brush with internet fame since his human, Sophie Bahmani, posted his reaction to her alarm clock on TikTok. Bahmani, who brought Bodie home 18 months ago, quickly noticed his aversion to early wake-up calls. However, it wasn’t until recently that she decided to put his reaction to the test, capturing it on camera for the world to see.

The results were as delightful as they were relatable. When confronted with the persistent sound of the alarm, Bodie took matters into his own paws, attempting to silence the offender by pouncing onto the phone—a gesture that resonates with anyone who has experienced the struggle of waking up in the morning.

Bahmani shared, “We noticed when our alarms go off, Bodie just seems to be irritated so we thought why not film it and see what he does if we don’t turn it off.” The video, posted on TikTok under the handle @goodboybodie, quickly gained traction, amassing over 3.6 million views and 534,000 likes since its debut on January 29.
