Larry the cat, the famous feline resident of the British prime minister’s office, recently found himself on a red carpet outside the front door. This special treatment could mean only one thing—a VIP was about to arrive.
As “The Chief Mouser” at 10 Downing Street, Larry the Cat has lived in the office for more than 12 years. On July 10, he caught the attention of the press who were set and ready to begin photographing the President of the United State’s arrival. Unfortunately, Larry’s time in the limelight was short-lived when a worker at the house scooped him up before he could make acquaintance with the world leader.
