Inspiring Before and After of Dog Whose Mange Was So Bad, She Looked Skinned

Amazing before and after photos show one North Carolina dog’s recovery after being discovered so malnourished and with such bad mange that she appeared to have no fur. After being taken in by CrisisDogs NC rescue, this pup’s life changed for the better. 

The dog, christened Willow, was found wandering in Raleigh, North Carolina. Thought to be a Great Dane and Pit Bull mix, the pup was only around eight months old.

After spending a few days at the emergency vet, Willow began her recovery process. Eventually, she was transferred to a foster home. Photos posted to the CrisisDogs NC Facebook page show the immense difference that only a few weeks made for this pup. The before and after pictures are truly miraculous. 

Once in her foster home, Willow’s personality began to shine through. According to her foster mom, Willow is a wonderful dog who enjoys playing and snuggling. Hopefully, this wonderful pup will have the life full of love and attention that she deserves.
