Just recently, The American College of Lifestyle Medicine has added the Mastering Diabetes program to its corporate roundtable. The roundtable which is composed of a group of individuals who reach for sustainable healthcare and a sustainable world made the decision to add this innovative online training program.

Mastering Diabetes was founded by Cyrus Khambatta and Robby Barbarro who both live with type 1 diabetes. They focus on reversing insulin resistance by honing in on the power of low-fat, plant-based whole foods to transform the lives of individuals living with diabetes. Their online training program includes a private online community, an online course supported by evidence, personal coaching, and even the option for video conferencing. The program has over a thousand members who have successfully lowered their insulin resistance and reversed diabetes complications through their plant-based diet plan.
