In less than a week, three powerful earthquakes have devastated Afghanistan, killing over 2,200 people and injuring more than 3,600. At least 6,700 homes have been destroyed, leaving tens of thousands displaced with little food, shelter, or medical care. The UN has called this one of the worst humanitarian crises today, urging world governments to unite and provide $140 million in aid.
On the ground, survivors face starvation, blocked roads, and the constant threat of landslides. Aid workers warn supplies will not last. This tragedy demands urgent international solidarity. Governments must act now to prevent further suffering.
Sign the petition now to demand U.N. member states and global leaders commit resources and funding to Support Afghanistan’s earthquake victims. Every day of delay means more lives lost.
