Saving stuck animals is all in a day’s work for firefighters, who always come to the rescue when the moment seems darkest… Quite literally, in some cases.
Take Bella, for instance. This long-haired toy Dachshund, reportedly chased a squirrel into the attic of her family’s home, where she fell down into the interior of the houses’ drywall. Luckily, the Chattanooga Fire Department came to her aid.
In the rescue video, Firefighters open a freshly cut hole in the drywall. The terrified dog can be heard running around in panic. Just when it looks like she may have run away, one of the firemen snatches her, and tosses her into another fireman’s waiting arms. Once she’s out, the little pup is showered with coos and hurrahs from her family.
A heartwarming rescue of a scared little doggy. Bella suffered no injuries from the incident, so we can all watch the rescue video with pure pleasure!
