1. Catexplorer Podcast

Catexplorer Podcast is a fun podcast hosted by Daniel and Hasara Lay. It’s made for cat owners who love to travel the world with their cats, whether it’s on a leash, bike, in a kayak, or just simply popping over to the local café. But to be honest, we think anyone could enjoy it! The podcast includes tips and tricks for easy feline traveling, paired with lessons learned and funny stories along the way. Dive into this world and learn about why you should be taking your cat out for more adventures. 

2. Can I Pet Your Dog

Hosted by Renee Colvert and Alexis B. Preston, this comedy podcast will keep you feeling as happy as your dog always seems to look. Listen to the hosts talk about their dog, dog news, and crack a few jokes here and there. Can I Pet Your Dog is hilarious, and perfect to pop on during one of your dog’s many daily walks.

Learn about certain pet behaviors, get popular vet questions answers, and listen to discussions about common pet issues. The Petcast: the podcast for pet lovers welcomes many guests, including the UK’s leading pet experts and even some celebrities! 

4. Speaking of Pets 

Hosted by Mindy Norton on NPR, Speaking of Pets is a digestible dose of pet info compressed into two minute episodes. The podcast discusses a large range of tops including research, grooming tips, and anecdotes. There’s always something different to keep you coming back for more. 

5. The Dog Trainer Quick and Dirty Tricks

Need help raising your dog? This podcast is working its way towards answering every question under the sun about that exact topic! Hosted by certified behavior and training counselor Jolanta Benal, The Dog Trainer Quick and Dirty Tricks understands that good manners and even better training are essential to fostering a good relationship with your dog. 

6. Why We Foster 

Get your tissues ready, because Why We Foster is all about animal fostering. New York City pet photographer Stacey Axelrod and Foster Dogs Inc have partnered together to create an emotional and educational look into the foster and animal rescue world today. They touch on why fostering is so important, and how it changes the fostering parent’s (and pet’s) lives. The recent episode “How to Say Goodbye When Your Foster Pet Gets Adopted” says it all. 

7. Pet Health & Happiness Podcast

This podcast by Bella & Duke is exactly what it sounds like. You can learn about ways to make your pet healthier and happier through interviews with experts, information about behaviors, myth busting, and questions for a vet. Pet Health & Happiness Podcast has a nice balance between general and more niche topics, so there’s something for everyone. 

8. The Woof Life Show

Hosted by the founder of Woof Republic, Lauren Farricker, this podcast is all things dog. The Woof Life Show includes information about dog-related products, businesses, anecdotes, care, entertainment, and the list keeps going! The podcast also features some great guests and the range in episode time means you can always find one that will last just as long as your commute, walk, or whatever else you might like to listen to a podcast during.
