This pig was living in a pet store when Rian, of the animal rescue Uncle Neil’s Home, was asked to scope out the situation. After expressing their concern, the pet store surrendered the pig, who Rian named Tootsie. They nursed her back to health and Tootsie quickly became a part of their family. Most importantly, Tootsie became very best friends with Neil, the family dog.

Angie was just a baby when she was rescued from a terrible living situation and brought to live at Sleepy Pig Farm Animal Sanctuary. She quickly made herself at home with her parents, snuggling in their sweatshirts and being swaddled like a baby.

The tiniest piglet jumped off the back of a truck to save her own life. She did it at just the perfect moment, because a couple saw her on the road, stopped immediately, and picked the piglet up. With no other animals around, Hannah knew that she had to step in. Hannah and her partner wrapped the piglet up in their clothes and brought the piglet home. Luckily, she quickly clicked with their dog, Chachi, and became a member of the family.

Francisco was bought as a present for a 15-year-old who wanted a micropig. They thought that he would stay little, but he quickly grew. At three months old, the girl’s family gave up the pig to Tribe Animal Sanctuary. But, Francisco had already gotten a a taste of life inside the house and insisted on living inside (despite having a ton of farm space to run and play)!

This tiny pig, with a huge personality, was taken at 3 days old from his mom. He had been kept in a crate all by himself and was underweight when he went to a foster family, made up of Emilie and Kayla, They fed him and within a couple of days he was wagging his tail. They named him Blueberry, and he has a lot to say when his foster mom stops giving him kisses!
