Petition: Demand Justice for Cats Abused and Killed in Singapore

In Singapore’s Ang Mo Kio area, a man named Barrie Lin Pengli brutally abused and killed innocent cats as a twisted way to “relieve stress.” Prosecutors say he started by kicking cats, then escalated to trapping and suffocating them in heavy bags before releasing them injured and terrified. Tragically, he then threw cats from the top of a building — killing them.

Despite these horrific acts, he’s only facing two years in jail. That’s not enough. We must push for stronger action. Sign the petition now to demand Deputy Public Prosecutor Regina Lim seeks mandatory mental health treatment for Barrie and a permanent ban on owning or interacting with animals.
