Golden Retriever’s Hilarious Silent Treatment After Vacation is Caught on Camera

Snow, an 8-year-old golden retriever, recently became a TikTok sensation after giving his humans the cold shoulder when they returned from a three-week vacation. While they were away, Snow stayed with his owner’s mother, but he was less than pleased when his parents, Poonam Lea and her husband, finally came back home.

In a video posted by Lea on September 21 under the handle @snow_retriever, Snow is seen sulking on the couch, firmly turning his back on his humans. Lea explained to Newsweek, “He did not want to see us, he kept sitting with his back to us.” She even recalled video-calling him while they were abroad, only for Snow to give them the same frosty reaction.

The clip, viewed over 7,000 times, shows Snow refusing to acknowledge his dad, making his displeasure crystal clear. Viewers found Snow’s silent protest hilarious, with many leaving comments expressing their amusement at his ability to communicate his unhappiness so effectively.
