Charlie the little French Bulldog can definitely sympathize with this feeling of pure exasperation. Charlie’s human seems to have brought him a friend to play with, but when he calls the dog to come run around the house … the other pup doesn’t even budge. Charlie has a full agenda planned for his friend and just doesn’t understand why he doesn’t seem to want to join in the fun. It’s almost like this new dog is a statue!
