The adorable pair appear to be the best of friends. However, the cat’s next actions quickly disabuse viewers of this notion.

Despite appearing to love the dog only a few seconds earlier, as soon as he lifts his head, the cat swipes at the dog. The text overlay on the video reads “I really thought she was learning to love him”. Clearly, the cat and dog’s friendship only exists when it suits her.
