How to Prepare Veggie Balls [Vegan]
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Put all the vegetables in a food processor and process. Add the spices and the oats and stir all well.
- Take a spoonful of the mixture and form a ball with your hands. Place on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet and repeat the process until there is no more mixture.
- Bake for about 30 min until brown and crispy outside.
