  • 1 onion
  • Three medium carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 cups of peas
  • 1/2 cup of sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Put all the vegetables in a food processor and process. Add the spices and the oats and stir all well.
  3. Take a spoonful of the mixture and form a ball with your hands. Place on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet and repeat the process until there is no more mixture.
  4. Bake for about 30 min until brown and crispy outside.
