  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup plant-based milk, plus more as needed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. If the batter is too thick, add more milk to yield thinner crepes.
  2. Spoon the batter onto a greased pan on medium-low heat, cooking each side until golden brown.
  3. Serve with toppings of choice & enjoy!
