Ingredients You Need for Spring Pea Toasts With Radish and Lavender [Vegan]

  • 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • A dash of salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 radishes, French or regular
  • Culinary lavender
  • 2-3 slices bread, gluten-free or otherwise, toasted

How to Prepare Spring Pea Toasts With Radish and Lavender [Vegan]

  1. If using frozen peas, heat them in the microwave for 1 minute. Add peas to a food processor or blender.
  2. Add in lemon juice, tahini, salt, and pepper, and blend until well combined.
  3. Toast your favorite bread.
  4. With a fork, coat your toasts evenly pressing down.
  5. Separately, thinly slice your radishes. Add slices over the pea mixture.
  6. Finally, top with some lavender by hand, sprinkling over top, and serve.
