Ingredients

  • 1-2 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Handful Kale
  • 1 teaspoon Green Spirulina (Or Blue Or Both)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Protein Powder
  • Water to Blend

Preparation

  1. Add all your ingredients up in a blender and start with very little water and add more as needed.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and them top with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit shredded coconut or homemade granola!
