How to Prepare Roasted Cherry Tomatoes [Vegan]
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomatoes across the prepared cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Give the pan a couple of shakes to roll the tomatoes around and coat them in the oil and seasoning.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the tomatoes start to soften and shrink.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
