Raspberry Lemonade Overnight Oatmeal [Vegan]
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar (or some other container that has a tight lid). Shake vigorously.
- Leave in fridge (with lid on) overnight. In the morning, eat cold or microwave for 1-2 minutes.
