These Raspberry Glazed Donuts are such a great little treat. Vegan doughnuts are not always the easiest to come by, so these can fulfill any craving for them that you have!

Raspberry Glazed Donuts [Vegan]



For the Doughnut:

  • 10.5 ounces spelt flour
  • 9.12 ounces soy milk
  • 6 ounces cane sugar
  • 2.5 ounces plant-based oil
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt

For the Glaze:

  • 5.3 ounces icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons water


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine first the dry ingredients, then add the soy milk and oil and whisk. Transfer to donut pan. If you do not have a donut pan, you may use this recipe to make glazed Muffins.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. For the glaze, beat together all of the ingredients and spoon over the donuts/ muffins (or dip in the glaze)
