How to Prepare Plum Tart [Vegan]
- First mix the olive oil and water. Mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
- Add the oil-water mixture to the dry ingredients, then knead into a dough. Press into a prepared springform/tart form (8-inch). Spread with your hands so that the corners are filled.
- Place the springform pan/tart pan in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven at 400°F (top/bottom heat).
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, pinch of cinnamon and the ground almonds. Wash and slice the plums.
- Take the springform pan/tart pan out of the fridge. Spread the flour, cinnamon, sugar + almond mixture over the dough. Spread the plum pieces on the base.
- Bake for approx. 40-45 minutes.
